Liability 
By submitting this registration form, I/ We agree that all the names listed on this form are physically fit and have not been otherwise advised by a qualified medical practitioner. I/ We will not hold the Church and the Camp Committee liable for any accidents or mishaps that may arise from or during the camp. I/ We will abide and comply with all rules laid down by the Camp Committee.

a. 2-way coach transfer provided is on 01 Nov 2025  (Tuesday) and 04 Nov 2025 (Friday) only. Pick up & Drop off location will be Church-Hotel-Church. Coach fee is not refundable.
b. Prestay Twin/Double Room @SGD120 per room per night
c. Prestay Triple Room @SGD150 per room per night


Camp fee includes:
a. Hotel Accommodation for 3-Nights stay
b. Meals – 3 breakfast, 3 lunches and 3 dinners will be provided during the camp.


Booking Instructions

General Information

  • Room IC will be the person-in-charge for room key collection on the day of check-in.
  • The booking person will be the point of contact for all correspondence related to this booking.
  • Please ensure you have the following information before you begin your booking process. FULL NAME (as per passport), DATE OF BIRTH, PASSPORT NUMBER and PASSPORT EXPIRY DATE.
  • All passports must have a minimum validity of 7 months from the travelling date. Campers shall be responsible for any visa application if required.
  • Please ensure that you key in Name as per passport. (Example- LAST NAME: Tan, FIRST NAME: Nelson Xiao Ming) 
  • Deluxe Room/King Bed = 1 King-sized Bed. Deluxe Room/Twin Bed = 2 Single Beds
  • All room types are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis after registration. 
  • Upon completion of the form, please click "Pay @ Church" to submit booking.  
  • Upon successful online booking, an email acknowledgment will be sent to the Booking person’s email address provided. 
  • Registration is confirmed only upon full payment.
